Recipe: Stew Beef and Rice

1 lb Stew Beef
1 T Canola Oil
1 T Minced Garlic
1 1/2 C Hot Water
1 T Minced Dry Onions
1 tsp Dry Parsley for meat, plus 1 tsp for rice.

Brown Stew Beef in Canola Oil in cooker or other stove safe pan. Drain oil. Add remaining ingredients.
Transfer to crock pot or transfer cooker pan to base.
Simmer two hours on low, stirring every 30 minutes to prevent sticking.

Serve over hot rice cooked with 1 tsp Dry Parsley.
