Gluten Free Pancakes

1/2 cup Buckwheat Flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour
2 tbs. Tapioca Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
3 tbs. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt

1 cup Milk (I use Soy)
1/2 tbs. Vanilla
1 Egg
2 tbs. Oil

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in other.
Gradually add wet to dry, while stirring thoroughly.

Fry on lightly oiled skillet until desired brownness.
